We want you to love your purchases as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receipt of your product. Proof of purchase is required for a refund.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping and handling costs are subtracted from the refund, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Good news, if you are a rewards member return shipping is on us and free for you.
If a discount was applied at purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to the refund or credit. Gift cards and international purchases are not eligible for returns. If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honored if requested within 30 days of the original purchase and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit only.

cancelling an order
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or changed but may be returned for a replacement or refund per our return and exchanges policies.
